just want to tell you how excellent you staff emplyees were in every respect: Luis Fernando at caracas, Miguel at las Hermanas in every respect, as was Sankar, not to mention the cook and maid and pedro. I could not have been more satisfied or grateful.
i can't seem to reach las hermanas by phone from here. is there a fax number down there? i'd like to send a little note.
of course, you were yourself most helpful at every point, so many thanks again to you.
